I speak 4 languages: Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian and English. I have two promotions as a Chef from captain. I have worked in a mixed crew. Last two years I worked on bulk carriers in the position of mesmen, and Cook ! I can cook European food and a little Indian and Filipino food ! I can bake bread and cakes! I can also cope with various cleaning ! After graduating from college as a cook, I worked 4 years as an assistant cook in a restaurant at the hot shop. My duties included preparing first courses. I also worked in the cold shop, my duties included preparation of salads and appetizers. I know the device of kitchen equipment: stove, oven, meat grinder, dishwasher, dough mixer. Worked in restaurants in Odessa waiter, I know how to serve tables. In 2012 I finished my studies at the Maritime University. After that I worked for 5 years in the surveying company SGS in Odessa port. My duties included control over loading and unloading of vessels of the following types: Tanker (sunflower oil), Bulker (grain crops) and container ship. I know the structure of the cargo ship and am familiar with safety. I supervised loading and unloading of a vessel with dangerous cargo: iron ore concentrate, selicomanganese, chemical fertilizers.
